Our aim of the criterion "Thermal comfort" is to ensure a level of thermal comfort for winter and summer that is appropriate for the intended use and provides adequate comfort.

SOC1.2 Indoor air quality

Our aim of the criterion "Indoor air quality"  is to ensure indoor air quality that does not impair the well-being and health of room occupants.

SOC1.3 Acoustic comfort

The aim of the criterion "Acoustic comfort" is to create room acoustic conditions that correspond to the intended use and ensure appropriate user comfort.

SOC1.4 Visual comfort

Our aim of the criterion "Visual comfort" is to ensure a sufficient and trouble-free supply of daylight and artificial light in all permanently used indoor spaces. Visual comfort forms the basis for general well-being and efficient and performance-enhancing work. Natural light has a positive effect on people's mental and physical health. In addition, good use of daylight creates a high energy-saving potential for artificial lighting and cooling.

PRO1.5 Documentation for sustainable management

Our aim of the criterion "Documentation for sustainable management" is to optimise the building's operation immediately after completion and to turn the planned performance of the building into reality with as few deviations as possible from the planning. For this, it is necessary that all relevant information for the owner, the tenant and the operator is available in a structured way.

TEC1.5 Ease of cleaning building components

Our aim of the criterion "Ease of cleaning building components" is the implementation of structural and technical measures to reduce the effort of cleaning.

SOC1.5 User control

Our goal for the criterion "User control" is to achieve a high level of user satisfaction in the rooms of the building. Therefore, they should be able to exert as much influence as possible on the room conditions that are important to them. Satisfaction with a building depends not only on the actual conditions provided, but also on the possibilities to adjust ventilation, sun and glare protection, temperature and lighting conditions to individual preferences, even beyond the standard settings.

SOC1.7 Safety and security

Our aim of the criterion "Safety and security" is to avoid dangerous situations in buildings and their immediate surroundings as far as possible through appropriate structural design.
