Creating quality - across generations

Building products enable responsible planning - with a view to today and tomorrow. Through appropriate construction and technical building equipment, current needs can already be realised now with resource-saving solutions. In this way, we secure the foundations for tomorrow.

You can exert influence right from the start- and rely on products that not only ensure a high level of comfort today, but also make this possible for future generations by conserving resources.

ENV1.2 Local environmental impact

Our objective in the criterion "Local environmental impact" is to reduce, avoid or substitute all hazardous or damaging materials, (construction) products and preparations that may affect humans, flora and fauna or cause short-, medium- and/or long-term damage.

SOC1.1 Thermal comfort

Our aim of the criterion "Thermal comfort" is to ensure a level of thermal comfort for winter and summer that is appropriate for the intended use and provides adequate comfort.

SOC1.4 Visual comfort

Our aim of the criterion "Visual comfort" is to ensure a sufficient and trouble-free supply of daylight and artificial light in all permanently used indoor spaces. Visual comfort forms the basis for general well-being and efficient and performance-enhancing work. Natural light has a positive effect on people's mental and physical health. In addition, good use of daylight creates a high energy-saving potential for artificial lighting and cooling.

ENV2.2 Potable water demand and waste water volume

Our aim of the criterion "Potable water demand and waste water volume" is to preserve the natural water cycle and reduce the demand for drinking water by recycling waste water and using local resources.

ENV1.1 Building life cycle assessment

Our aim of the criterion "Building life cycle assessment" is a consistent life cycle-oriented planning of buildings in order to reduce emission-related environmental impacts and the consumption of finite resources to a minimum throughout all life phases of a building.

ENV1.3 Sustainable resource extraction

Our aim of the criterion "Sustainable resource extraction" is to promote the use of products in the building and its outdoor facilities that are transparent in terms of ecological and social impacts across the value chain and whose raw material extraction and processing meet recognised ecological and social standards.

ENV2.4 Biodiversity at the site

Our aim of the criterion "Biodiversity at the site" is the conservation of biodiversity in the local context. The built environment has a significant influence on the diversity of ecosystems (communities, habitats and landscapes), the diversity of species and their genetic diversity. We want to set impulses to contribute positively to the establishment, preservation or expansion of biodiversity directly on buildings and their adjacent outdoor areas.
