SOC1.1 Thermal comfort

Our aim of the criterion "Thermal comfort" is to ensure a level of thermal comfort for winter and summer that is appropriate for the intended use and provides adequate comfort.

SOC1.2 Indoor air quality

Our aim of the criterion "Indoor air quality"  is to ensure indoor air quality that does not impair the well-being and health of room occupants.

SOC1.3 Acoustic comfort

The aim of the criterion "Acoustic comfort" is to create room acoustic conditions that correspond to the intended use and ensure appropriate user comfort.

SOC1.4 Visual comfort

Our aim of the criterion "Visual comfort" is to ensure a sufficient and trouble-free supply of daylight and artificial light in all permanently used indoor spaces. Visual comfort forms the basis for general well-being and efficient and performance-enhancing work. Natural light has a positive effect on people's mental and physical health. In addition, good use of daylight creates a high energy-saving potential for artificial lighting and cooling.

TEC1.2 Sound insulation

Our aim of the criterion "Sound insulation" is to guarantee sound insulation that corresponds to the use of the rooms and avoids unacceptable nuisances.
