RIB-ROOF metal roof systems in steel represent maximum functionality and safety, satisfy all requirements of a sustainable design and have received general building authority approval (ETA) as metal roof coverings for all single-skin and multi-skin roof structures.
A key feature of the RIB-ROOF metal roof system is indirect attachment using retaining clips, which allows the metal roof covering to expand freely. The hidden fastening of the retaining clips, in form-fit with the profiled sheets, also enables a penetration-free, rainproof roof covering without cross joints from a roof pitch of at least 1.5 degrees. Depending on the requirements of the building shape, tapered profiled sheets or concave and convex rounded (cambered) profiled sheets can also be manufactured.
Sustainability benefits are: Very long service life, reusable thanks to non-destructive disassembly and reassembly as an option for reuse, excellent recyclability, no use of petroleum-based materials, fulfilment of all building physics requirements (insulation, fire, moisture and sound insulation), as well as requirements from insurance cover.
